Have you ever felt anxious and ready to move, but its not yet God’s timing? I felt that way May 23, 2022. I prayed that I was in God’s will and listening/hearing His voice. It is imperative that we hear His voice as He speaks to us in many different ways. There have been times we see in scripture where He used His amazing power to speak, lead, and deliver His people. I shared these things with an amazing woman of God that reminded me of the times God led His people in His mighty power and they had to wait on the Lord.

He led His people through Moses across the Red Sea. Imagine if Moses didn’t wait to hear God’s voice/instructions.

We see in the book of Joshua chapter 3 where God made a promise to him, ‘As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.’ And so will He be with us.

God said in Joshua 1:9, ‘Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go’.

In Joshua 3:5, Joshua told the people to consecrate themselves for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.

In the early morning hours of May 24, 2022, I dreamed that an opening had been left in a screen for something to come in, so it was intentional. It had made its way to the basement. I saw the screen and it wasn’t secure because of its bent metal edges. My husband was protecting me and told me to stay close to him. He also placed two men outside for protection.

As I woke, I heard ‘you won’t cross over until an appointed time’, then I heard the rushing waters. I knew the Israelites had an appointed time, and I could feel the dangers of crossing over before God’s timing. I began to hear a music of words ‘Holy of Holies’ ‘the blood of the Lamb’. I knew we would not cross over before Pentecost.

I felt led to search out the time I woke so I keyed in ‘1:38am verse’ and it came up as Acts 2:1-38.

I felt led to see again a video someone had shared with me about monkey pox and the date of Pentecost on June 5. I’m not familiar with the man on the video, but he showed information from various sources/reports.

I believe what I dreamed was monkey pox, another pandemic. I know we’ve been hearing recently about it, but it hasn’t fully shown itself yet. My husband represented Jesus saying stay close to me, and the two men outside were angels given charge over us. We are going through more things before we cross over. It is imperative we listen/hear for God’s instructions to be in His timing. Keep the faith. The part about crossing over reminded me of a dream where an ancient staff was racing toward a finish line, plowing up the dirt as it went. It stopped just before the checkered plate at the finish line. And I heard, ‘Not yet’. Not yet means, a little longer, don’t give up, keep the faith, fight the good fight.

I always remember Isaiah 43:2 that God has given me before. When we pass through the waters, He will be with us. Through the rivers, they won’t overflow us. When we walk through the fire, we won’t be burned and the flame won’t kindle upon us.

We have a Commanding Officer that died for our sins. He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us. The battle has been won. How can we lose.

Don’t be distracted, don’t lose site, forget your past, step out and wait for His voice. Consecrate yourself to Him, and rest in Him. You have been set apart, you were made for this time. God makes a way. He has parted waters for His people to cross, He has built an Ark for safety, He has torn down walls, He has done amazing things. Watch what God will do now. He is about to do some amazing things.
