The Word and us – 3-21-24

Find color in the darkness ~

Each of us following the Lord was the one that JESUS, at one time, left the 99 to go after. (Matthew 18:12-14) Each of us was the one that, at some point in this life, stepped out of the boat and began to sink. It was JESUS that took each of us by the hand and brought us back up. (Matthew 14:29-31) Each of us was that one at the well. He knew we were there. (John 4:1-42) Each of us, at some point, was the one that went to our knees to touch His garment because we knew we would be healed. (Matthew 9:20-22) Each of us, at some point, was blind and He made us to see. (Luke 18:35-43) Each of us has been the one that sat at His feet, and at times, the one that was too busy. (Luke 10:38-42) Each of us, at some point, messed it all up and didn’t see how we could go any further and we looked to Him, He picked us up and held us until the path was made smooth. (Proverbs 3:6)

Each of us is the one that will persevere in His strength and stand on that solid rock and raise our hands and voices to proclaim the name of JESUS, with His light in us for others to see Him. We are the bride running out to meet the Bride Groom. Our lamps are full. He has anointed our head with oil and prepared a table for us in the presence of our enemies. There will come a time, if still on this earth, we will lift off the ground by His power because we see Him in the clouds. We can’t let the enemy plant his many smooth words in our mind. God has one very powerful word, and it’s GRACE! The entire BIBLE is about God, His son, JESUS, and His relationship with each of us. It keeps us humble. With Him for us, who can be against us. MERCY and amazing GRACE!

Stay prayed up, repented up, and in His service. With Him with us in the path of righteousness for His namesake, His Light shines. God bless you all!
