I didn’t write the date down which is unusual, but I had a flash dream/vision as I was waking one morning. A man gave me the invitation to my wedding. It was just one. I had no other invitations to hand out to anyone else to be at my wedding. There were others there, but each one had received their own invitation to their wedding. I knew that we were all in a place of preparation. I saw the individual dressing rooms.

This man was the Holy Spirit. He prepared (purified) each of us for the garment. This wasn’t just a garment that we tried on and wore. When this purification was completed, we each ran out to meet our Groom.

We were invited, we accepted the invitation and were refined, we went out to meet Him. How amazing is that! I saw myself as I held up the skirts of the wedding garment so that I could run. So much excitement. I’m reminded of the virgins with lamps filled with oil, dwelling in the presence of God.

Revelation 19:7-9 – Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And He saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And He saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Proverbs 25:4 – Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer.

Malachi 3:3 – And He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and He shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.

Isaiah 48:10 – Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

John 14:16-17 – And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Ephesians 5:27 – That He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

Matthew 25:4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
