Reach up and call out His Name! – 3-13-22

It was Peter’s eyes on his love and faith in Christ that kept him afloat when he stepped out of the boat. It was his eyes looking around at his circumstances that made him begin to sink. But he cried out! He cried out for his Savior to save him. And his Savior gripped him and pulled him up!

If we find our eyes on our surroundings and fear begins to set in, we need only lift up our hand and cry the name of Jesus, the name above all names. The name that is the only name that can ever save. Reach up and cry that Name. He will reach down and grip our arm with a grip that nothing and nobody will break. Nothing will take us out of His hand. He will lift us up from the waters and they Will NOT overtake us! He will save us! The waters will not overtake us! Truly, He is the Son of God!

In the mighty name of Jesus! May we not take our eyes off Him now! I pray we step out of the boat with our eyes on Jesus! I pray that we keep our eyes on His. No matter what is going on around us. Look and see Him in all of it.
