I had been praying with others about a young mother moving away with her children.  Her situation was like many young mothers now.  I don’t know if I had fallen to sleep while praying or how this came to be but I saw both her children being strapped into their car seats.  The Lord’s light was shining on them both.  I heard a voice say ‘tell her to take the Word with her’.  I remembered thinking that I needed to make sure she has a bible.

Psalm 145:14 kjv – The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.

Psalm 119:105 kjv – Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Hebrew 4:12 kjv – For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

We could all use this word and remember to keep God’s words with us.  They are alive.
