Storms are raging all around us. Storms in everything and everywhere. Sometimes our humanness feels so defenseless. I know myself I sit sometimes and think ‘Lord, if it wasn’t for you I couldn’t do this’. After a dream of political things (and I don’t even watch the news) I woke thinking of things closer to home that are raging like a hurricane all around us. We ask for God’s peace and He gives it right away, but because of our unbelief at times and our doubt, the peace leaves and the hurricane rages again. I’ve opened the bible to ‘oh ye of little faith’ a few times. He always reminds me to let go and let Him handle it. Our humanness sure can get in our way sometimes.

I woke with these storms raging and as I lay there with everything whirling around in my head, I stopped and said ‘I can do all things through you, Christ, you strengthen me’. Then I had a vision. I saw a woman’s right hand and a man’s left hand. They were literally clinging to each other. The hands clung one way, then another, but never let go. I saw just above the woman’s hand and it was a long white sleeve, beautiful and shiny with jewels at the cuff where the sleeve pleated around it.

Sometimes when I have a vision as I’m trying to get out of bed, I wander if that was my imagination. It was very clear but I had just told Christ I could do all things through Him who strengthens me, so I thought maybe it was my mind showing me how He’s clinging to me.

I got up and took care of the animals, then went straight into devotions. I’m so humbled and I can’t stop crying. That He would love someone like me so much, such an unconditional love. He is so good to us. Amongst the words in one of the devotions were ‘My hand that never lets go of yours’.

This was the verse: Isaiah 41:13 KJV – For the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not, I will help thee.

So I was actually shown and told this morning. He has His bride and He won’t let go, so you don’t let go. Hang on!
