Walking with the Lord, we have things highlighted to us at times. This morning it is ‘tread lightly’. We are walking in a dark world and there is so much deception and turmoil that we need to heavily lean on Christ our Savior. Hold Him near and dear at this time and listen to His voice. Chew on those words before speaking. Don’t move too quickly in a rash decision. So much is coming at us because time is short and we are unwelcomed strangers in this world.

This is a time to sup with the Lord. Be in fellowship throughout the day and throughout the night. Trust in Him and Him alone. Revelation 3:20 KJV – Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me.

Jude 24-25 KJV – Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever, Amen.

Stay in His word. He has been showing me since September 2019, we that walk with Him need to surround ourselves with His word. He said it will never go bad. Isaiah 40:6-8 KJV – The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the Spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth; but the word of our God shall stand forever.

A precious prayer partner was reading the dream I had recently about the pressure cooker. She said she felt I was being told that the door I stood behind was Christ. I knew I was taken to safety. There is something brewing and about to explode that I can’t control on my own. I wasn’t sure about it but knew to give it some thought and pray over it as to whether it was personal. I knew I’d been trying to tell people to stop the anger and trust the Lord in His plan. I’ve definitely been seeing pressure build up in that. I’m sure many of us are seeing a pressure build in our family as well. Something brewing that you can only put trust in the Lord over.

So this post began forming and the verses I would see would stand out. I believe the Lord is saying at this time to tread lightly. Maybe it is just for me, and maybe it is for you as well. It is something to pray about. I am hearing people say they can’t seem to do anything right. They stay close to the Lord but when they get to work or out in public, somebody is mad at them about something every single day.

Don’t take these offences personal at this time. There is a spiritual war in our midst and it is unbelievably intense. When you KNOW how the story goes and your trust is in nothing of this world, you don’t worry about it, but tread lightly on through to the other side. Tread lightly with the Lord in crazy faith, but don’t stop treading.
