Our Refuge 9-20-18

God does send us warnings, but at the same time He comforts us.  He lets us know that He is the refuge on which we can depend.  This brings comfort to all the believers in Christ that love Him and the Father so much.  In a time where there is so much uncertainty and chaos, we need a comforter.  We need that refuge.  We need that hope that is never failing.

In all the dreams and the visions and words I’ve received, I have never been told how to tell anyone how to live his/her own life.  But then He also let me know I’m not a preacher.  That’s not my calling.  I warn and give words of comfort.  Although, I was given Isaiah 58.  The first verse in that chapter tells us to cry aloud and show His people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.  So that tells us to repent.

I asked God once about doing something I wasn’t sure of and I wanted Him to tell me what to do.  The only thing He told me was to work out my own salvation with fear and trembling.  That is in the bible at Philippians 2:12.

Those that believe, are those that have a strong love for the Father and his Son.  They are those that are led by the Holy Spirit.  Psalm 5:11 – But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy.  Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you.  Remember, no matter what goes on in this low ground of sin and sorrow, we are just passing through.  This is not our home.

God bless you is my prayer.
